To ensure the highest level of service and to respect both my time and other clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 95%. (95% of the scheduled service). Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% no-show charge. A 15-minute grace period is permitted. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled and charged accordingly. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
